Terms of service
Effective 22 October 2026. English is the governing version.
These terms are a contract between Kist Soluções em Telecom e Energia Ltda (“InboxBro”, “we”) and the business that creates an account or uses the service (“customer”, “you”). InboxBro’s address is Servidão Carvalho Brasileiro, 90, Carianos, Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, 88047-435, Brazil. Contact: contact@inboxbro.com.
1. The service
InboxBro mirrors the customer’s own LinkedIn message inbox into the customer’s account and prepares a reply. A reply is sent in LinkedIn only after a person on the customer’s account approves that reply. The extension checks the open conversation before it runs. InboxBro does not ask for the customer’s LinkedIn password. The password stays in the customer’s browser.
The service is for answering conversations that already exist in the customer’s inbox. It is not a tool for bulk prospecting, and these terms do not authorize a campaign or a mass send. An optional mode that sends without approving each reply is not part of this version. If that mode is offered later, it will be off until the customer turns it on, and these terms will say so.
2. Acceptance
The customer accepts these terms by creating an account, pairing the extension, or using the service. The customer confirms that the person accepting has authority to bind the business. The service is offered to businesses. Where a mandatory consumer law still applies to a person, that law prevails over anything in these terms that it forbids.
3. The customer’s account and LinkedIn
The customer connects the customer’s own LinkedIn account and is responsible for that account, for the people who use it, and for keeping the pairing code and login confidential. LinkedIn’s own terms restrict third-party tools. LinkedIn may limit or close an account. The customer accepts that risk. InboxBro does not control LinkedIn and does not promise that LinkedIn will allow the extension.
The customer decides to use the conversations in the inbox, including the personal information of the people in those conversations. The customer is responsible for having a valid reason to do that, and for the text the customer approves.
4. Roles
For the mirrored conversations, the customer is the controller (under the GDPR) and the controlador (under the LGPD). InboxBro is the processor and the operador. InboxBro handles that text only to provide the service, on the customer’s instructions, which are these terms and the customer’s actions in the product. The details of what is stored, for how long, and where, are in the privacy policy, which is part of this contract.
5. How long conversations are kept
A mirrored conversation is kept while the account is connected, and no longer than 90 days after the last message in that conversation. If the customer disconnects the LinkedIn account or the subscription ends, InboxBro deletes the mirrored conversations for that account within 15 days. “Disconnect” means the customer unpairs the extension or removes that LinkedIn account from InboxBro. It does not mean closing the LinkedIn website. InboxBro also deletes a conversation when the customer asks, or when required for a request from a person in that conversation that the law says InboxBro must carry out. The customer can delete the mirrored conversations immediately from the account page.
InboxBro has no interest in reading the customer’s conversations. Access to message text is limited to operating the service, securing it, and supporting a request the customer makes. Message text is not sold and is not used to train InboxBro’s own models.
6. Payment
Paid plans are billed in United States dollars through Stripe. The price shown at signup is the price of that subscription. Card numbers are stored by Stripe, not by InboxBro. InboxBro receives the subscription status. Taxes are not added automatically unless the customer is told otherwise at checkout. If payment fails, InboxBro may suspend the service. Fees already due remain payable. Fees paid are not refunded except where the law requires a refund.
7. What InboxBro does not promise
The service is provided with reasonable care. InboxBro does not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular commercial result, or that a suggested reply is accurate, lawful, or fit for a purpose. The customer reads and approves a reply before it is sent. InboxBro is not a party to the customer’s conversations.
8. The customer’s indemnity
The customer will defend InboxBro and pay the damages, settlement, and reasonable legal costs of a claim brought by a person in the customer’s conversations, by LinkedIn, or by another third party, to the extent the claim arises from the customer’s account, the customer’s instructions, the content the customer approves, or the customer’s decision to use the service. InboxBro will give the customer notice of the claim without undue delay. This indemnity does not apply to the extent the claim is caused by InboxBro’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Limit of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxBro’s total liability arising out of the service during any twelve-month period is limited to the fees the customer actually paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. InboxBro is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost LinkedIn access, or other indirect or consequential loss.
This limit does not apply to liability that the law does not allow the parties to limit, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence. A person in a conversation who did not sign this contract keeps the claims the law gives that person. A fine imposed on InboxBro by a public authority is not capped by this section. Between the customer and InboxBro, each party’s duty to the other under this contract remains subject to the cap, except where this section says otherwise.
10. Suspension and end of the contract
The customer may stop using the service and cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, unless the customer asks to disconnect sooner. InboxBro may suspend or end the service if the customer does not pay, uses the service to break the law, or creates a serious security or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive, including sections 7, 8, 9, and 11, survive the end of the contract. Deletion follows section 5.
11. Law and disputes
The law of the Federative Republic of Brazil governs this contract, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Florianópolis, State of Santa Catarina, Brazil, are the agreed venue. This choice does not remove a data-protection right, or a court, that a mandatory law gives to a person or a business. InboxBro may seek urgent relief in any court that has jurisdiction.
12. Changes
InboxBro may update these terms by posting the new version on this page and, for a material change, by giving at least 30 days’ notice to the account email. The date at the top of the page is the effective date. If the customer does not accept a material change, the customer may cancel before that date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
A senha permanece no navegador do cliente.
O número do cartão fica no Stripe.
